Registration and School Fees

 

Thank you for choosing St. Hilda’s Kindergarten as your child’s preschool. Feel free to download and fill up our registration form and submit directly to our administrative staff in our centre. We have also attached a list of fees payable (cash or cheque only) and some relevant forms for your easy reference.

 

Registration for places in our kindergarten is open one year in advance. Registration starts in January and is on a first come first served basis. Please provide a copy of the child's birth certificate, parents' NRIC (Employment Pass (EP) / Dependant Pass (DP) for foreigners), a copy of the child's passport size photo and the child's vaccination records when enrolling your child with us.

Please note that the bus pick up timings for the children in the afternoon session is around 10:30am - 10:45am as the school buses need to be in school before 11:30am to pick up the children in the morning session. The children will be put into their classes and given activities to do while the teachers are having their lunch from ll:30am to 12 noon. 

Deposit and Registration Fees

The registration fee is $53.50 (inclusive of GST).

A deposit inclusive of GST $214.00 (Singaporean) or $321.00 (SPR & Others) is payable upon registration. Deposits may only be used towards part payment of K2 Term 4 school fees. Deposit will be forfeited:

  • When a registered student does not turn up or withdraws before the school term starts in January. Deferment of entry date is not allowed and will be considered a withdrawal.
  • When the child leaves the Kindergarten before the completion of K2, for any reason, whatsoever.

 

Withdrawal Matters

Please note that there will be partial refund of term fees (30%) if child is withdrawn within 21 calendar days of the commencement of the school term, regardless of the attendance of the child. Thereafter, there will be strictly no refund.

Regret Clause

A full refund of school fees will be given if BOTH the following are satisfied:

1. the withdrawal is made within 7 calendar days of the payment of school fees, AND

2. the withdrawal is requested at least 30 calendar days before term starts

Otherwise, the Withdrawal Policy above applies. 

Long leave of absence

Children going on long leave of absence will need to continue to pay the school fees in full in order to retain a place on their return. Parents must inform us through a written notice of absence.

School Fees

Please refer to the link below for the list of school fees. School fees are payable in advance before the commencement of each term. Cheque payment addressed to St Hilda's Kindergarten is preferred. Please write your child's name and class name at the back of your cheque. 

Official receipts will be issued and sent back in your child's homework file upon receipt of payment by cash or cheque.

Parents of Singaporean children may opt to pay school fees using Child Development Account. Interbank GIRO may also be used. Submission of CDA/Interbank GIRO application forms must be given to our Admin Office at least 5 weeks prior to deduction date.

An administrative fee of $32.10 will be imposed for each unsuccessful deduction from CDA/GIRO account or cheque payment.
